Sukta 140
यन्नासत्या भुरण्यथो यद्वा देव भिषज्यथः । अयं वां वत्सो मतिभिर्न विन्धते हविष्मन्तं हि गच्छथः
yán nā́satyā bhuraṇyáthो yád vā deva bhiṣajyáthāḥ | ayáṁ vāṁ vatsó matíbhir ná vindate havíṣmantaṁ hí gácchathaḥ
Since, O Nāsatyās, ye are swift, and since, O god, ye deal as healers—This your calf by thoughts alone findeth you not; for ye go unto him that hath oblation.
ഹേ നാസത്യന്മാരേ, നിങ്ങൾ വേഗമുള്ളവരായതിനാലും, ഹേ ദേവന്മാരേ, നിങ്ങൾ ഭിഷജ്യ (വൈദ്യചികിത്സ) ചെയ്യുന്നവരായതിനാലും—ഈ നിങ്ങളുടെ കിടാവ് ചിന്തകളാൽ മാത്രം നിങ്ങളെ കണ്ടെത്തുന്നില്ല; കാരണം നിങ്ങൾ ഹവിഷ്മാൻ (ഹവിഷ് ഉള്ളവൻ) അടുക്കലേക്കാണ് പോകുന്നത്.
