आ नूनमश्विना युवं वत्सस्य गन्तमवसे । प्रास्मै यच्छतमवृकं पृथु च्छर्दिर्युयुतं या अरातयः

IAST Transliteration

ā́ nū́nám aśvinā yuváṃ vatsásya gantám ávase | prā́smái yacchatam avṛkáṃ pṛthú chardír yuyutáṃ yā́ arā́tayaḥ

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Hither, even now, O Aśvins, come ye twain to Vatsa’s aid. Grant him a broad, wolf-free shelter; drive ye away the harms that press.

ഹേ അശ്വിനൗ, ഇപ്പോഴുതന്നെ ഇവിടെ വരുവിൻ; നിങ്ങൾ ഇരുവരും വത്സന്റെ സഹായത്തിനായി വരുവിൻ. അവനു വിശാലമായ, വൃക-രഹിത (ചെന്നായരഹിത) അഭയം നല്കുവിൻ; അമർത്തിവരുന്ന അരാതയഃ (ഹാനികര ശക്തികൾ) എല്ലാം നിങ്ങൾ അകറ്റിക്കളയുവിൻ.
