Sukta 107
त्वया वयं शाशद्महे रणेषु प्रपश्यन्तो युधेन्यानि भूरि । चोदयामि त आयुधा वचोभिः सं ते शिशामि ब्रह्मणा वयांसि
tváyā vayaṃ śā́śadmahe ráṇeṣu prapáśyanto yudhényāni bhū́ri | codáyāmi te ā́yudhā vácobhiḥ sáṃ te śiśāmi bráhmaṇā váyāṃsi ||
With thee we win in battles, looking forth and marking many a warlike enterprise. Thy weapons I incite with words; with holy prayer I whet for thee thy powers.
നിന്റെ സഹായത്തോടെ ഞങ്ങൾ യുദ്ധങ്ങളിൽ സ്ഥിരമായി ജയിക്കുന്നു; മുന്നോട്ടു നോക്കി അനേകം യുദ്ധയോഗ്യ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളെ തിരിച്ചറിയുന്നു. വാക്കുകളാൽ ഞാൻ നിന്റെ ആയുധങ്ങളെ പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കുന്നു; ബ്രഹ്മ (പവിത്ര പ്രാർത്ഥന)കൊണ്ട് നിന്റെ ശക്തികളെ ഞാൻ മൂർച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു.
