ईर्माभ्यामयनं जातं सक्थिभ्यां च वशे तव । आन्त्रेभ्यो जज्ञिरे अत्रा उदरादधि वीरुधः

IAST Transliteration

ī́rmābhyām áyanaṃ jātáṃ sákthibhyāṃ ca vaśe táva | ā́ntrébhyó jajñire átrá udárād ádhi vīrúdhaḥ ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

From thy paired supports the course was born, and from thy thighs likewise, O Vasā. From the intestines here were the plants brought forth; from the belly, from within, the herbs arose.

Translation

നിന്റെ ഇരട്ട ആധാരങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നു പഥം (ഗതിയുടെ പ്രവാഹം) ജനിച്ചു; നിന്റെ സക്ഥി (തുടകൾ) നിന്നുമെ, ഹേ വസേ. ഇവിടെ നിന്റെ ആന്ത്രങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നു വീരുധഃ—സസ്യങ്ങൾ—ഉദിച്ചു; ഉദരത്തിന്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ നിന്നു ഔഷധികൾ പ്രകടമായി.
