FAQs

To define the economic functions that stabilize the state: ensuring continuous production (agriculture and livestock), efficient exchange (trade), and socially regulated behavior (study, sacrifice, and giving) that supports legitimacy and predictable revenue.

It maps to a state’s need to protect and grow its productive sectors (agriculture and allied activities), enable commerce through stable rules and infrastructure, and encourage compliant, civic-minded economic participation that strengthens welfare and security.

No ruler or official is directly named; the implied administrative duty is to structure policy so the producing and trading classes can perform these functions—by safeguarding farms and herds, regulating markets, and maintaining conditions for lawful economic activity that supports the state’s prosperity and security.
