Sutra 33
कार्तान्तिकादिश्चास्य वर्गः सर्वज्ञदैवतसम्योगख्यापनाभ्यां स्वपक्षमुद्धर्षयेत्परपक्षं चोद्वेजयेत् ॥ कZ_१०.३.३३ ॥
kārtāntikādiścāsya vargaḥ sarvajñadaivatasamyogakhyāpanābhyāṃ svapakṣamuddharṣayet parapakṣaṃ codvejayet
കാർത്താന്തികർ മുതലായവരോടെ ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന അവന്റെ സംഘം, സർവജ്ഞ ദൈവശക്തികളുമായി (രാജാവിന്) ബന്ധമുണ്ടെന്ന് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ച്/പ്രചരിപ്പിച്ച്, സ്വന്തം പക്ഷത്തിന്റെ ആത്മവിശ്വാസം ഉയർത്തുകയും ശത്രുപക്ഷത്തെ ഭീതിപ്പെടുത്തുകയും വേണം.
