प्रकर्मण्यकुमार्याश्चतुष्पञ्चाशत्पणो दण्डः शुल्कव्ययकर्मणी च प्रतिदद्यात् ॥ कZ_०४.१२.१५ ॥
Transliteration
prakarmaṇyakumāryāś catuṣpañcāśatpaṇo daṇḍaḥ śulkavyayakarmaṇī ca pratidadyāt
Translation
അവിവാഹിതയായ കന്യയുമായി ആദ്യമായി ലൈംഗികബന്ധം (കൗമാര്യഭംഗം) നടത്തിയവന് അമ്പത്തിനാലു പണ ദണ്ഡം; കൂടാതെ ശുൽകം (വധൂമൂല്യം)യും വ്യയം, കർമ്മണീ (ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ചെലവുകളും കർമങ്ങളും)യും തിരിച്ചടയ്ക്കണം.
