राज्ञश्च प्रकृतीनां च कल्पयेदन्तरा स्थितः ॥ कZ_०४.१०.१८च्द् ॥
Transliteration
rājñaśca prakṛtīnāṃ ca kalpayedantarā sthitaḥ
Translation
അവൻ മധ്യസ്ഥനായി നിന്നുകൊണ്ട് രാജാവിനെയും പ്രജകളെയും (പ്രകൃതികൾ) പരിഗണിച്ച് ശിക്ഷ ക്രമീകരിക്കണം।
