यः समुदयं परिहापयति स राजार्थं भक्षयति ॥ कZ_०२.९.१३ ॥
Transliteration
yaḥ samudayaṃ parihāpayati sa rājārthaṃ bhakṣayati
Translation
ആർ സംസ്ഥാന വരുമാനം (സമുദയം) കുറയാൻ കാരണമാകുന്നുവോ, അവൻ യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ രാജാവിന്റെ ധനം/പൊതു നിധി ഭക്ഷിക്കുന്നവനാണ്।
