Sutra 5

सहग्राहिणः प्रतिभुवः कर्मोपजीविनः पुत्रा भ्रातरो भार्या दुहितरो भृत्याश्चास्य कर्मच्छेदं वहेयुः ॥ कZ_०२.७.०५ ॥

Transliteration

sahagrāhiṇaḥ pratibhuvaḥ karmopajīvinaḥ putrā bhrātaro bhāryā duhitaro bhṛtyāś cāsya karmacchedaṃ vaheyuḥ.

Translation

അവന്റെ സഹഗ്രാഹികൾ/സഹഭാഗികൾ, പ്രതിഭൂകൾ (ജാമ്യക്കാർ), അവന്റെ പദവിയിൽ ആശ്രയിച്ച് ജീവിക്കുന്നവർ, കൂടാതെ (പ്രയോഗയോഗ്യമായിടത്ത്) അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർ, സഹോദരന്മാർ, ഭാര്യ, പുത്രിമാർ, സേവകർ—അവന്റെ ഔദ്യോഗിക ദുഷ്പ്രവർത്തനത്തിൽ നിന്നുണ്ടാകുന്ന കർമച്ഛേദം/ജപ്തിയുടെ ഭാരം വഹിക്കണം।
