जनपदान्ते ध्रुवनिधिमापदर्थमभित्यक्तैः कारयेत् ॥ कZ_०२.५.०४ ॥

Transliteration

janapadānte dhruvanidhim āpadartham abhityaktaiḥ kārayet

Translation

ജനപദങ്ങളുടെ അതിരിൽ, ആപത്‌കാലത്തിനായി സ്ഥിരമായ സംഗ്രഹ-നിധി/റിസർവ് നിധി, ഉപേക്ഷിക്കപ്പെട്ട/അവകാശവാദമില്ലാത്ത വിഭവങ്ങൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് സ്ഥാപിപ്പിക്കണം।
