पांसुन्यासे रथ्यायामष्टभागो दण्डः पङ्कोदकसम्निरोधे पादः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.२६ ॥

Transliteration

pāṃsunyāse rathyāyām aṣṭabhāgo daṇḍaḥ paṅkodakasamnirodhe pādaḥ

Translation

തെരുവിൽ പൊടി/മാലിന്യം തള്ളിയാൽ മാനദണ്ഡ ദണ്ഡത്തിന്റെ എട്ടിലൊന്ന് പിഴ; ചെളിയും വെള്ളവും ഒഴുകുന്നത് തടഞ്ഞാൽ നാലിലൊന്ന് പിഴ।
