Transliteration
samāhartṛvan nāgariko nagaraṃ cintayet
Translation
സമാഹർത്തൃനെപ്പോലെ നാഗരികൻ (നഗരാധ്യക്ഷൻ) നഗരത്തെ നിരന്തരം വിലയിരുത്തി മേൽനോട്ടവും നടത്തിപ്പും നടത്തണം।
