बाधतीर्थाश्चैताः कार्या राजद्विष्टकारिणां तरणभयात् ॥ कZ_०२.२८.१४ ॥

Transliteration

bādhatīrthāścaitāḥ kāryā rājadviṣṭakāriṇāṃ taraṇabhayāt

Translation

രാജാവിനെ വിരോധിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് അനധികൃതമായി കടക്കുന്നത് ഭീതികരമാക്കാൻ/കഠിനമാക്കാൻ തടസ്സപ്പെടുത്തിയ/നിയന്ത്രിത തീർത്ഥങ്ങൾ (കടവുകൾ) സ്ഥാപിക്കണം.
