अकामायाः कुमार्या वा साहसे उत्तमो दण्डः सकामायाः पूर्वः साहसदण्डः ॥ कZ_०२.२७.१३ ॥

Transliteration

akāmāyāḥ kumāryā vā sāhase uttamo daṇḍaḥ sakāmāyāḥ pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ

Translation

അനിഷ്ടമുള്ള സ്ത്രീയെയോ കന്യയെയോ ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കി ലൈംഗിക അതിക്രമം/സാഹസം ചെയ്താൽ ഉത്തമ (പരമോന്നത) സാഹസദണ്ഡം; അവൾ സമ്മതിച്ചാൽ പൂർവ (ആദ്യ/കുറഞ്ഞ) സാഹസദണ്ഡം.
