तेषामन्यतमस्यानयने बहिरेवोच्छुल्को विक्रयः ॥ कZ_०२.२१.२३ ॥

Transliteration

teṣām anyatamasya ānayane bahir eva occhulko vikrayaḥ

Translation

ആ (നിയന്ത്രിത വസ്തുക്കളിൽ) ഏതെങ്കിലും കൊണ്ടുവന്നാൽ, അതിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന അതിർത്തി/ചൗക്കി പുറത്തു മാത്രമേ നടക്കാവൂ; അത് ചുങ്കം ഇല്ലാത്തതായിരിക്കണം.
