अनभियोगश्चार्थेष्वागन्तूनामन्यत्र सभ्योपकारिभ्यः ॥ कZ_०२.१६.१३ ॥

Transliteration

anabhiyogaś cārtheṣv āgantūnām anyatra sabhyopakāribhyaḥ

Translation

വാണിജ്യകാര്യങ്ങളിൽ പുറത്തുനിന്നെത്തുന്ന വ്യാപാരികളെതിരെ അവകാശവാദം/പീഡനം നടത്തരുത്—അവർ മാന്യരായ പൗരന്മാർക്ക് (അഥവാ പൗരസംരക്ഷണത്തിലുള്ളവർക്ക്) ഹാനി വരുത്തിയാൽ മാത്രമേ ഒഴിവുള്ളൂ।
