Concept: Brahman becomes ‘manifest’ (prakāśate) through sustained sādhana; siddhi-talk is subordinated to brahma-jñāna as the higher telos.
Application: Keep siddhi as incidental; prioritize purity, steadiness, and discernment so that mantra practice matures into contemplative realization.

It gives a japa-based sadhana metric: sustained practice over twelve months, and specific counts (crores of japa; one lakh of Sarasvati-related japa) as a ritual-technical framework for attaining realization and siddhi-oriented results.
It exemplifies the Agni Purana’s practical cataloging of disciplines—here, mantra-vidhi and japa-phala—by specifying timeframes, counts, and outcomes (siddhis and Brahman-realization), alongside its many other technical domains.
The verse frames disciplined japa as a purifier and merit-generator whose culmination is direct manifestation of Para Brahman, with ancillary yogic attainments (aṇimā and related siddhis) arising from intensive recitation.
