ໃນນ້ຳສັງຄົມນັ້ນ ບຸກຄົນຄວນອາບນ້ຳດ້ວຍໃຈທີ່ສະຫງົບຮວບຮວມ, ແລ້ວບຳລຸງພິຕຣະ ແລະ ເທວະດາໃຫ້ອິ່ມໃຈ, ພ້ອມທັງໃຫ້ທານຕາມກຳລັງຂອງຕົນ.

Scene: A pilgrim at a river confluence at dawn, hands joined, then offering tarpaṇa with water-streams, followed by giving alms to a brāhmaṇa or needy person on the ghat.
Tīrtha practice is complete when inner composure (samādhāna) is joined with gratitude to ancestors and gods, and with ethical generosity.
