Arundhatī
Tattva Level: pashu
It emphasizes dharma expressed as reverent hospitality to realized sages; honoring such compassionate rishis is treated as honoring divine grace that supports the soul’s purification on the path toward Shiva.
Though the Linga is not named here, the Parvatī-khaṇḍa frames dharmic conduct—like welcoming saints—as a supportive limb of Saguna Shiva devotion, preparing the household and mind for Shiva-oriented worship and blessings.
The implied practice is satkāra (respectful reception): rise with humility, offer water/seat/food to holy guests, and inwardly remember Shiva—optionally with japa of the Pañcākṣarī mantra, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” while serving.
