ແຕ່ເດີມ ພຣະສັມພູ (ພຣະສິວະ) ໄດ້ປະທານມັນແກ່ ພຣະວິສນຸ ຕໍ່ໜ້າພຣະລິງຄະອັນສັກສິດ. ພຣະວິສນຸຈຶ່ງມອບໃຫ້ ພຣະພຣະຫມາ ແລະພຣະພຣະຫມາກໍສົ່ງຕໍ່ໃຫ້ ສະນະກະ ແລະລຶສີອື່ນໆ.
