उद्गा आजदङ्गिरोभ्य आविष्कृण्वन्गुहा सतीः । अर्वाञ्चं नुनुदे वलम् ॥
úd gā́ ājad áṅgirobhya āvíṣ kṛṇván guhā́ satī́ḥ | arvā́ñcaṃ nunude valám ||
He drove the Rays (the Cows) upward for the Angirases, making manifest what lay hidden in the cave; and he thrust back Vala, the enclosing resistance, so that the Light could return to us.
