Transliteration
tvā́m agne ṛtāyávaḥ sam-ī́dhire pratnáṃ pratnā́sa ūtáye sahas-kṛta | puru-candrám yajatáṃ viśvá-dhāyasaṃ damū́nasaṃ gṛhá-patiṃ váreṇyam ||
Translation
You, O Agni, the seekers of ṛta have kindled together—you the ancient and ever-ancient—for help, O doer of might: the many-radiant, the adorable, the universal establisher, the dweller in the house, the lord of the home, the one to be chosen.
