अयं हि शोभते तस्याः प्रियाया मूर्ध्नि मे मणिः।अस्याद्य दर्शने नाहं प्राप्तां तामिव चिन्तये।।।।
ayaṃ hi śobhate tasyāḥ priyāyā mūrdhni me maṇiḥ |
asyādya darśane nāhaṃ prāptāṃ tām iva cintaye ||
ແກ້ວມະນີນີ້ເຄີຍສ່ອງປະກາຍຢູ່ເທິງສີສະຂອງນາງຜູ້ເປັນທີ່ຮັກຂອງຂ້າ. ແລະບັດນີ້ ແຕ່ພຽງເຫັນມັນ ຂ້າກໍອົດບໍ່ໄດ້ທີ່ຈະຮູ້ສຶກປານດັ່ງວ່າ ຂ້າໄດ້ເຖິງນາງແທ້ໆ
