Trijata’s Dream-Omens and the Rakshasis’ Reversal
कथयस्व त्वया दृष्टः स्वप्नोऽयं कीदृशो निशि।तासां श्रुत्वा तु वचनं राक्षसीनां मुखाच्युतम्।।5.27.8।।उवच वचनं काले त्रिजटा स्वप्नसंश्रितम्।
kathayasva tvayā dṛṣṭaḥ svapno 'yaṁ kīdṛśo niśi | tāsāṁ śrutvā tu vacanaṁ rākṣasīnāṁ mukhācyutam || 5.27.8 ||
uvāca vacanaṁ kāle trijaṭā svapna-saṁśritam |
ນາງທັງຫຼາຍກ່າວວ່າ “ຈົ່ງເລົ່າເຖີດ ວ່າຄວາມຝັນທີ່ເຈົ້າເຫັນໃນຄືນນັ້ນ ເປັນແນວໃດ” ເມື່ອຕຣິຊະຕາໄດ້ຍິນຖ້ອຍຄຳຈາກປາກນາງຣາກຊະສີແລ້ວ ນາງຈຶ່ງກ່າວໃນການອັນຄວນ ເປັນຖ້ອຍຄຳອັນອີງໃສ່ຄວາມຝັນນັ້ນ
"O Trijata, tell us the kind of dream you dreamt last night", they insisted. Hearing the words from the mouth of the she-demons, Trijata told them all about her dream.
