Roaring like a heavy mass of clouds, Simhika chased Hanuman. Intelligent Hanumanobserved her enormous mouth and noticed her vital parts.
Dharma includes intelligent restraint and right action: one should assess danger accurately and respond in a way that protects the righteous mission.
Siṃhikā attacks Hanumān mid-flight; Hanumān immediately evaluates her threat—especially her gaping mouth and weak points.
Mati (clear intelligence) and dṛṣṭi (keen perception): seeing the situation as it is and identifying the decisive point.
