O princess, you have heard the message of the sage. Without delay approach the ascetic (Anasuya) for your welfare.
Dharma is practiced through respectful acceptance of wise instruction (from a ṛṣi) and then guiding one’s family accordingly, preserving harmony between spiritual counsel and household duty.
After hearing Atri’s words about Anasūyā, Rāma agrees and turns to instruct Sītā.
Rāma’s humility and discernment: he honors the sage’s guidance and communicates it thoughtfully to Sītā.
