Mohini
Vrata: Gaṅgā-vrata
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It marks a transition from general merit-producing acts (like go-dāna) to a focused, higher observance—Gaṅgā-vrata—framing Gaṅgā devotion as an especially exalted path to auspicious merit (puṇya).
By expressing a desire to hear and undertake Gaṅgā-vrata, the verse emphasizes śravaṇa (devotional listening) and vrata-niyama (disciplined observance) directed toward a sacred divine presence (Gaṅgā).
Ritual-practice orientation is implied: the verse situates go-dāna and vrata within dharma-kriyā (religious duties). While no single Vedāṅga is named, it points toward kalpa-style procedural knowledge for performing donations and vows correctly.
