Sūta (traditional Purāṇic narrator) recounting the phala (result) within the tīrtha-māhātmya narrative
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It highlights the phala (result) of great merit: the devotee attains a divine realm, is honored by devas, and enjoys exalted, long-lasting celestial auspiciousness.
By presenting divine praise and proximity to a deity’s realm as the fruit of devotion and sacred practice, it reinforces that sincere worship culminates in divine companionship and honor.
No specific Vedāṅga technique is taught in this verse; it functions as a phala-śruti within tīrtha-māhātmya, emphasizing the measurable “kāla” (time-span) of merit’s results.
