असम्प्राप्तानस्त्रपथं परस्य तदा द्रष्टा नश्यतो धार्तराष्ट्रानू । अकुर्वत: कर्म युद्धे समन््तात् तदा युद्ध धार्तराष्ट्रोडन्वतप्स्यत्
asamprāptān astrapathaṁ parasya tadā draṣṭā naśyato dhārtarāṣṭrān | akurvataḥ karma yuddhe samantāt tadā yuddhaṁ dhārtarāṣṭro ’nvatāpsyat ||
ສັນຊະຍະ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ເມື່ອນັ້ນ ດຸຣະໂຍທະນະ ບຸດແຫ່ງທຣິຕະຣາສຕຣະ ຈະເຫັນຄົນຂອງຕົນຫາຍສາບສູນ—ບໍ່ອາດເຂົ້າໃກ້ເຖິງລະດັບອາວຸດຂອງສັດຕູ ແລະບໍ່ອາດກະທຳວິລະກຳໃດໆໃນທົ່ວສະໜາມຮົບ. ເຫັນຄວາມພັງທະລາຍຂອງຄວາມພະຍາຍາມແລະຄວາມກ້າຫານແລ້ວ ລາວຈະໄໝ້ຢູ່ພາຍໃນດ້ວຍຄວາມເສຍໃຈ ທີ່ໄດ້ກໍ່ໃຫ້ສົງຄາມນີ້ເກີດຂຶ້ນ.»
