बद्ध्‌वा वा निकृतिप्रज्ञं धार्तराष्ट्रं सुदु्मतिम्‌

Transliteration

baddhvā vā nikṛtiprajñaṃ dhārtarāṣṭraṃ sudurmatim

Translation

ວິດູຣະກ່າວວ່າ: “ບໍ່ຢ່າງນັ້ນ ຈົ່ງມັດຕົວທຣິຕະຣາສຕຣະ—ຜູ້ທີ່ປັນຍາຖືກບິດເບືອນໂດຍກົນລະຍຸດ ແລະຈິດໃຈບໍ່ສຸດດີ.” ຖ້ອຍຄໍານີ້ສະທ້ອນຄວາມເຂັ້ມງວດແຫ່ງຄວາມຮັບຜິດຊອບທາງທຳ: ເມື່ອການຕັດສິນຂອງຜູ້ປົກຄອງຖືກຄອບງໍາແລະກ່ອກໃຫ້ເກີດໂທດ, ການຈໍາກັດແລະຢັບຢັ້ງຈຶ່ງເປັນສິ່ງຈໍາເປັນເພື່ອປ້ອງກັນອະທຳ ແລະ ຄວາມພິນາດ.
