Udyoga-parva Adhyāya 130: Kuntī’s Instruction on Rājadharma and Daṇḍanīti
लब्धचक्षुषमासीन धृतराष्ट्रं नराधिपा: । विस्मिता ऋषिशभि: सार्ध तुष्ठवुर्मधुसूदनम्,सिंहासनपर बैठे हुए धृतराष्ट्रको नेत्र प्राप्त हो गये, यह जानकर ऋषियोंसहित सब नरेश आश्वर्यचकित हो मधुसूदनकी स्तुति करने लगे
labdhacakṣuṣam āsīnaṃ dhṛtarāṣṭraṃ narādhipāḥ | vismitā ṛṣiśabhaiḥ sārdhaṃ tuṣṭuvur madhusūdanam ||
ເມື່ອບັນດາກະສັດເຫັນວ່າ ທຣິຕຣາສຕຣະ ຜູ້ນັ່ງຢູ່ເທິງບັນລັງ ໄດ້ກັບຄືນມາມີສາຍຕາອີກຄັ້ງ ພວກເຂົາກໍຕົກຕະລຶງຢ່າງຍິ່ງ ແລະພ້ອມກັບບັນດາລືສີຜູ້ປະເສີດ ເລີ່ມສັນລະເສີນ ມະທຸສູດນະ (ກຣິສນະ) ເຈົ້າ.
धृतराष्ट उवाच
The verse highlights the recognition of divine agency: when an extraordinary change occurs (Dhṛtarāṣṭra regaining sight), even worldly rulers respond with humility and praise. Ethically, it suggests that power and politics are ultimately subordinate to dharma and the higher order that can manifest as grace.
Dhṛtarāṣṭra is seated on his throne, and it becomes known that he has obtained sight. The gathered kings, along with eminent sages, are struck with amazement and begin to extol Madhusūdana (Kṛṣṇa), acknowledging him as the source behind this wondrous event.
