अप्रमादेन शिक्षेथा: क्षमां बुद्धिं धृतिं मतिम् भूतानां चैव जिज्ञासा साध्वसाधु च सर्वदा
apramādena śikṣethāḥ kṣamāṁ buddhiṁ dhṛtiṁ matiṁ bhūtānāṁ caiva jijñāsā sādhv-asādhu ca sarvadā
ອຸຕັດຖະຍະກ່າວວ່າ: «ຈົ່ງຝຶກຝົນຕົນເອງດ້ວຍຄວາມບໍ່ປະມາດ—ບຳລຸງຄວາມອົດທົນ, ຄວາມເຂົ້າໃຈອັນແຈ້ງ, ຄວາມໝັ້ນຄົງ, ແລະ ວິນິດໄສອັນຖືກຕ້ອງ. ພ້ອມທັງ ຈົ່ງໃຝ່ຮູ້ທຳມະຊາດຂອງສັດທັງປວງ ແລະ ແຍກແຍະໃຫ້ໄດ້ເສມອວ່າສິ່ງໃດດີ ສິ່ງໃດບໍ່ດີ».

One should live with apramāda (unremitting attentiveness), deliberately cultivating patience/forgiveness, discernment, steadiness, and sound judgment, while continually inquiring into the nature of beings and distinguishing the good from the harmful in every situation.
