Chapter 81: Trust, Allies, and the Qualifications of the King’s Artha-Secretary (अर्थसचिव)
इन्हें इनकी योग्यताके अनुरूप कर्मोमें पूरा अधिकार देकर लगा दिया जाय तो ये बड़े- बड़े कार्योंके साधनमें तत्पर हो राजाके लिये कल्याणकी वृद्धि कर सकते हैं ।।
ete karmāṇi kurvanti spardhamānā mithas sadā | anutiṣṭhanti caivārtham ācakṣāṇāḥ parasparam ||
ພີສະມະກ່າວວ່າ: «ຄົນເຫຼົ່ານີ້ ຫາກຖືກມອບໝາຍໜ້າທີ່ຕາມຄວາມສາມາດຂອງແຕ່ລະຄົນ ແລະໃຫ້ອຳນາດເຕັມໃນວຽກນັ້ນ ຈະກາຍເປັນເຄື່ອງມືອັນກະຕືລືລົ້ນໃນການສຳເລັດວຽກໃຫຍ່ ແລະເພີ່ມພູນຄວາມຜາສຸກຂອງພະຣາຊາ. ເພາະເຂົາເຮັດວຽກດ້ວຍການແຂ່ງຂັນກັນຢູ່ເສມອ ແລະຍັງປຶກສາກັນໄປມາ ເພື່ອດຳເນີນເປົ້າໝາຍຂອງພະຣາຊາ—ພິຈາລະນາຮ່ວມກັນວ່າຈະໃຫ້ສຳເລັດໃນເລື່ອງຊັບສິນ ແລະນະໂຍບາຍແນວໃດຈຶ່ງດີທີ່ສຸດ».
