तपःस्वाध्यायनिरत: सत्य: सज्जनसम्मत: । न्यायप्राप्तेन वित्तेन स्वेन शीलेन चान्वित:

Transliteration

tapaḥsvādhyāyanirataḥ satyaḥ sajjanasammataḥ | nyāyaprāptena vittena svena śīlena cānvitaḥ ||

Translation

ພີດສະມະ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ຜູ້ນັ້ນອຸທິດຕົນໃນຕະປະ ແລະ ສະວາທະຍາຍ, ເປັນຜູ້ສັດຈິງ ແລະ ໄດ້ຮັບການຍອມຮັບຈາກສັດບຸລຸດ. ລາວມີຊັບສິນທີ່ໄດ້ມາດ້ວຍທາງທີ່ຍຸດຕິທຳ ແລະ ພ້ອມດ້ວຍຈັນຍາບັນອັນສູງສົ່ງຂອງຕົນ».
