धर्मस्य बहुद्वारत्वम् — Nārada’s Audience with Indra (Śānti-parva 340)
संध्यांशे समनुप्राप्ते त्रेताया द्वापरस्य च । अहं दाशरथी रामो भविष्यामि जगत्पति:,तदनन्तर जब त्रेता और द्वापरकी सन्ध्या उपस्थित होगी, उस समय मैं जगत्पति दशरथनन्दन रामके रूपमें अवतार लूँगा
sandhyāṁśe samanupprāpte tretāyā dvāparasya ca | ahaṁ dāśarathī rāmo bhaviṣyāmi jagatpatiḥ ||
ພີສະມະ ກ່າວວ່າ: “ເມື່ອຍາມສົນທະຍາທີ່ເປັນຈຸດຕໍ່ລະຫວ່າງຍຸກເຕຣຕາ ແລະ ດວາປະຣະ ມາຮອດ, ຂ້າຈະເປັນ ຣາມະ ບຸດຂອງ ດະຊະຣະຖະ—ຈອມໂລກ—ແລະຈະອະວະຕານໃນເວລານັ້ນ.”
(भीष्म उवाच
The verse frames righteous restoration as cyclical: at critical transitions between world-ages (yuga-sandhi), a divinely empowered ruler appears to re-establish cosmic and social order (dharma).
Bhishma speaks of a future yuga-junction between Tretā and Dvāpara and declares that he will manifest as Rāma, Daśaratha’s son, described as jagatpati—indicating an incarnation associated with ideal kingship and dharma.
