Śuka’s Guṇa-Transcendence and Vyāsa’s Consolation (शुकगति-वर्णनम्)
सात्व॑ं जातिं श्रुतं वृत्तं भाव॑ प्रकृतिमात्मन: । कृत्यमागमने चैव वक्तुमरहसि तत्त्वतः
sāttvaṁ jātiṁ śrutaṁ vṛttaṁ bhāvaṁ prakṛtim ātmanaḥ | kṛtyam āgamane caiva vaktum arhasi tattvataḥ ||
ພະຣາຊາຈະນະກະກ່າວວ່າ: «ເຈົ້າຄວນກ່າວຄວາມຈິງເຖິງສາຍຕະກູນຂອງເຈົ້າ, ຄວາມຮູ້ໃນຄຳສອນສັກສິດ, ຄວາມປະພຶດ, ເຈດຕະນາ, ນິໄສທຳມະຊາດຂອງຕົນ, ແລະເຫດຜົນທີ່ເຈົ້າມາທີ່ນີ້ດ້ວຍ. ດັ່ງນັ້ນ ໂອ້ຜູ້ສະຫລະໂລກ (ນັກບວດ), ການອະທິບາຍເລື່ອງເຫຼົ່ານີ້ຕາມຄວາມເປັນຈິງ ແມ່ນສົມຄວນ».
