येन येन हि यस्यार्थ: कारणेनेह कर्मणि । तत्तदालम्बते सर्व: स्वे स्वे स्वार्थपरिग्रहे
yena yena hi yasyārthaḥ kāraṇeneha karmaṇi | tattad ālambate sarvaḥ sve sve svārthaparigrahe ||
ພະຣາຊາຈະນະກະກ່າວວ່າ: «ໃນໂລກແຫ່ງການກະທຳນີ້ ສິ່ງໃດກໍຕາມທີ່ຄົນເຫັນວ່າຈຳເປັນເພື່ອໃຫ້ບັນລຸຈຸດໝາຍທີ່ປາຖະໜາ ໂດຍສິ່ງນັ້ນເອງເຂົາຈຶ່ງອາໄສ. ເພາະທຸກຄົນທີ່ມຸ່ງຈະຮັບເອົາຈຸດໝາຍຂອງຕົນ ຍ່ອມເອົາທີ່ພຶ່ງໃນເຄື່ອງມືທີ່ຮັບໃຊ້ປະໂຫຍດຂອງຕົນ»។
