द्विजातिभ्यो<नुरूपेभ्य: कामांश्न विविधान्‌ बहून्‌ । यस्यादेशेन तद्‌ वित्त व्यभजन्त द्विजातय:

dvijātibhyo 'nurūpebhyaḥ kāmān sa vividhān bahūn | yasyādeśena tad vittaṁ vyabhajanta dvijātayaḥ ||

ພະວາຍຸກ່າວວ່າ: «ແກ່ພຣາຫມັນຜູ້ເປັນທວິຊະທີ່ສົມຄວນ ລາວໄດ້ມອບຂອງສໍາລັບຄວາມສຸກສະບາຍຫຼາຍປະເພດ ໃຫ້ເໝາະກັບເຂົາເຈົ້າ. ຕາມຄໍາສັ່ງຂອງລາວ ທວິຊະເຫຼົ່ານັ້ນຈຶ່ງແບ່ງປັນຊັບນັ້ນກັນເອງ».
