महेश्वर उवाच सुरैरेव महाभागे पूर्वमेतदनुछितम् । यज्ञेषु सर्वेषु मम न भाग उपकल्पित:
Maheśvara uvāca: surair eva mahābhāge pūrvam etad anuṣṭhitam | yajñeṣu sarveṣu mama na bhāga upakalpitaḥ ||
ພຣະມະເຫສະວະຣາ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ໂອ ນາງຜູ້ມີບຸນຍິ່ງ, ເທວະດາທັງຫຼາຍເປັນຜູ້ກຳນົດຂໍ້ນີ້ແຕ່ກ່ອນ. ໃນພິທີບູຊາຍັດທັງປວງ ບໍ່ໄດ້ຈັດສັນສ່ວນແບ່ງໃດໆໃຫ້ແກ່ຂ້າ. ດ້ວຍມະຕິເກົ່ານັ້ນ ຂ້າຈຶ່ງຖືກຕັດອອກຈາກສ່ວນຂອງຍັດ»។
