संहारविक्षेपसहसत्रकोटी - स्तिष्ठन्ति जीवा: प्रचरन्ति चान्ये । प्रजाविसर्गस्य च पारिमाण्यं वापीसहस्राणि बहूनि दैत्य
saṃhāra-vikṣepa-sahasra-koṭī-stiṣṭhanti jīvāḥ pracaranti cānye | prajā-visargasya ca pārimāṇyaṃ vāpī-sahasrāṇi bahūni daitya ||
ພີດສະມະກ່າວວ່າ: «ສັດມີຊີວິດນັບບໍ່ຖ້ວນ—ເປັນໂກດິໆ—ບາງພວກຢືນຢູ່ໃນວົງຈອນແຫ່ງການທຳລາຍ (ສັງຫາຣ) ແລະການແຜ່ກະຈາຍ (ວິກເສບ); ບາງພວກກໍເຄື່ອນໄຫວດຳລົງຢູ່ໃນພາວະການມີຢູ່. ແລະຂະໜາດແຫ່ງການພຸ່ງອອກຂອງການສ້າງສັນນັ້ນ ກໍກວ້າງໃຫຍ່ເກີນຈະນັບ—ດັ່ງອ່າງນ້ຳນັບພັນຫຼາຍໆ—ໂອ ໄດຕະຍະ! ດັ່ງນັ້ນ ການເກີດຂຶ້ນ ແລະການດັບໄປຂອງໂລກ ບໍ່ອາດວັດໄດ້; ຢ່າຍຶດຕິດວ່າມັນຖາວອນ.»
