प्रलय-प्रक्रिया (Pralaya Process) — Guṇa-Withdrawal and Pratisaṃcara
स्थापितो हास्य समय: पूर्वमेव स्वयम्भुवा । अजसंं परियात्येष सत्येनावतपन् प्रजा:,ब्रह्माजीने पहलेसे ही उनके लिये मर्यादा स्थापित कर दी है, अतः उसी सत्यमर्यादाके अनुसार सूर्य सम्पूर्ण लोकोंको ताप प्रदान करते हुए निरन्तर परिभ्रमण करते हैं
śakra uvāca | sthāpito hāsya samayaḥ pūrvam eva svayambhuvā | ajaṃ saṃpariyāty eṣa satyenāvatapan prajāḥ |
ສັກຣະກ່າວວ່າ: «ສໍາລັບພຣະອາທິດ ພຣະຜູ້ເກີດຂຶ້ນເອງ (ຜູ້ສ້າງ) ໄດ້ວາງຂໍ້ກໍານົດອັນແນ່ນອນໄວ້ແຕ່ດົນແລ້ວ. ດັ່ງນັ້ນ ຕາມກົດແຫ່ງສັດຈະນັ້ນເອງ ພຣະອາທິດຈຶ່ງໂຄຈອນຢູ່ເປັນນິດ ຕາມທາງຂອງພຣະອົງ ໃຫ້ຄວາມຮ້ອນແກ່ສັດທັງປວງ».
