mānitā bāndhavāḥ sarve vaśyaḥ sampūjito janaḥ

Translation

ສັນຊະຍະກ່າວວ່າ: «ຍາດພີ່ນ້ອງທັງໝົດໄດ້ຮັບການເຄົາລົບຢ່າງສົມຄວນ ແລະປະຊາຊົນກໍຖືກນໍາໃຫ້ຢູ່ໃນລະບຽບພາຍໃຕ້ການຄຸ້ມຄອງ—ໄດ້ຮັບການນັບຖືຢ່າງເຕັມທີ ແລະການຕ້ອນຮັບຢ່າງຖືກຕ້ອງ».
