ໄວສັມປາຍະນະ ກ່າວວ່າ: “(ລາວໄດ້ປະກອບ) ວາຈະເປຍ (Vājapeya) ອັນເປັນຍັດຍາອັນປະເສີດ ແລະຍັງ (ປະກອບພິທີອື່ນໆ) ທີ່ມີການທານຄຳຢ່າງຫຼາຍ.”
