Śiśupāla’s Protest Against the Arghya to Kṛṣṇa (शिशुपाल-आक्षेपः)
यज्ञसेन: सपुत्रश्न शाल्वश्व॒ वसुधाधिप: । प्राग्ज्योतिषश्न नृपतिर्भगदत्तो महारथ:
yajñasenaḥ saputraś ca śālvaś ca vasudhādhipaḥ | prāgjyotiṣaś ca nṛpatir bhagadatto mahārathaḥ ||
ໄວສັມປາຍະນະ ກ່າວວ່າ: ກະສັດ ຍັກຍະເສນະ ພ້ອມດ້ວຍບຸດທັງຫຼາຍ, ແລະ ຊາລະວະ ຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າແຫ່ງແຜ່ນດິນ; ອີກທັງ ພະຣາຊາ ພະກະດັດຕະ ແຫ່ງປຣາກຈໂຍຕິສະ ຜູ້ເປັນມະຫາລົດຮົບ—ບັນດາກະສັດເຫຼົ່ານີ້ກໍຢູ່ທີ່ນັ້ນດ້ວຍ.
वैशम्पायन उवाच

Vaiśampāyana continues an enumeration of notable kings present in the assembly, naming Yajñasena with his sons, Śālva, and Bhagadatta of Prāgjyotiṣa, described as a mahāratha.
