काक काकेति वाशन्तं निमज्जन्तं महार्णवे । कृपया<5<5दाय हंसस्तं जलक्लिन्न सुदुर्दुशम्‌

Transliteration

kāka kāketi vāśantaṁ nimajjantaṁ mahārṇave | kṛpayā dāya haṁsas taṁ jalaklinnaṁ sudurduśam ||

Translation

ອີກາຮ້ອງວ່າ «ກາກ! ກາກ!» ໃນຂະນະທີ່ມັນກໍາລັງຈົມລົງໃນມະຫາສະມຸດອັນກວ້າງໃຫຍ່. ຫົງໜຶ່ງຖືກກະທົບໃຈດ້ວຍເມດຕາກະລຸນາ ຈຶ່ງສົງສານສັດທີ່ຊຸ່ມນ້ໍາ ແລະອັບອາຍນັ້ນ ແລ້ວເຂົ້າໄປຊ່ວຍ—ຊີ້ໃຫ້ເຫັນວ່າ ເມດຕາອາດຖືກມອບໃຫ້ແກ່ຜູ້ອ່ອນແອ ແລະຜູ້ທຸກທ້ອນ ໂດຍບໍ່ເລືອກຊົນຊາດພັນທຸ໌.
