ສັນຈະຍະ ກ່າວວ່າ: ແລ້ວນັ້ນ ໂດຣນະ ໄດ້ຄວບຄຸມແລະເຮັດໃຫ້ກອງຂອງຕົນສະຫງົບມັ່ນຄົງ ຈັດຂະບວນທັບຂຶ້ນໃໝ່ເພື່ອຮົບ—ຟື້ນຟູວິໄນແລະລະບຽບກາງຄວາມວຸ້ນວາຍຂອງສົງຄາມ.
