उभयेनैव ते हीना नाविन्दन्‌ धृतिमात्मन: । इस लोकमें पराजय और परलोकमें महान्‌ भय पाकर दोनों ही लोकोंसे वंचित हो वे अपने भीतर धैर्य न धारण कर सके

ubhayenaiva te hīnā nāvindan dhṛtim ātmanaḥ |

ສັນຊະຍາກ່າວວ່າ: ພວກເຂົາຂາດທັງສອງທາງ ຈຶ່ງບໍ່ອາດພົບຄວາມໝັ້ນຄົງໃນໃຈຕົນ. ເມື່ອພົບຄວາມພ່າຍແພ້ໃນໂລກນີ້ ແລະຄວາມຢ້ານກົວອັນໃຫຍ່ຫຼວງຕໍ່ໂລກໜ້າ ພວກເຂົາຈຶ່ງຖືກຕັດຂາດຈາກທັງສອງພົບ ແລະບໍ່ອາດຮັກສາຄວາມກ້າຫານໃນໃຈໄວ້ໄດ້.
