अध्याय १४८ — कर्णप्रभावः, धृष्टद्युम्नस्य विरथता, तथा घटोत्कच-आह्वानम्
Chapter 148: Karṇa’s Pressure, Dhṛṣṭadyumna Unhorsed, and the Summoning of Ghaṭotkaca
धरण्यां मम पुत्रस्य पातयिष्यति यः शिर: । तस्यापि शतधा मूर्थधा फलिष्यति न संशय:,'संग्राममें युद्धतत्पर हो भारी भार वहन करते हुए मेरे इस पुत्रके मस्तकको जो पृथ्वीपर गिरा देगा, उसके सिरके भी सैकड़ों टुकड़े हो जायँगे, इसमें संशय नहीं हैं!
dharaṇyāṃ mama putrasya pātayiṣyati yaḥ śiraḥ | tasyāpi śatadhā mūrdhā phaliṣyati na saṃśayaḥ ||
ສັນຊະຍະ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ຜູ້ໃດກໍຕາມ ໃນຂະນະທີ່ແບກພາລະອັນໜັກຂອງສົງຄາມ ແລະມຸ່ງໝັ້ນຈະຮົບ ຖ້າເຮັດໃຫ້ຫົວຂອງບຸດຂ້າພະເຈົ້າຕົກລົງສູ່ດິນ—ຫົວຂອງຜູ້ນັ້ນກໍຈະແຕກເປັນຮ້ອຍຊິ້ນ; ບໍ່ມີຂໍ້ສົງໄສ».
