Educational Q&A

The verse highlights how unchecked anger and martial momentum can eclipse restraint, turning human conflict into a force likened to fire—suggesting an ethical warning about the destructive escalation of wrath even among the greatest heroes.

Sañjaya describes two leading warriors advancing and then charging into close combat, compared to swift tigers and to blazing fire, emphasizing the intensity and ferocity of their encounter.
